A Summer Tomato Recipe from Chef Brad Mathews

​This recipe comes from one of our recent wine dinners at Bar Le Côte, where Ernst Storm joined us to pour a selection of his wines. Chef Brad created a handful of dishes for the evening, each designed to highlight the Storm wines while making the most of what was at the market that week.
