Six Seasons of Pasta — Joshua McFadden & Bell’s

We were honored to welcome Joshua McFadden to Bell’s as part of his book tour celebrating the release of Six Seasons of Pasta. With the support of our friends at NowServing, Flour + Water, Jacobsen Sea Salt, and Hachette Books, the evening unfolded as a true Carte Blanche experience — an opportunity for our chefs to cook from Joshua’s new book and “do whatever the franch we want.” We’re continually grateful for the community that makes gatherings like this possible, and for the chance to keep exploring new, creative, and collaborative ways to bring inspired cooking to the Santa Ynez Valley.
